1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Place frozen Chik’n breast(s) in a single layer on a baking sheet and heat for 20 MIN, turning Chik’n breast(s) over halfway through heating time.
MICROWAVE
Fastest
1. Wrap one frozen Chik’n breast in a paper towel and place it on a microwave-safe plate
2. Microwave on HIGH for 1 MIN, then flip and microwave for another 45-60s.
3. Allow it to rest for 2 MIN before serving.
SAUCE – Thaw unopened sauce packets in a bowl in hot tap water for about 5 MIN. Pour sauce over heated Chik’n breast(s) and serve.
CAUTION: Never leave the heating appliance unattended while in use. Children should be supervised.
