Sweet BBQ Riblet Sandwich

Ingredients
- 1 pack Morningstar Farms® Sweet BBQ Riblets
- 2 burger buns, 4” size
- 3/4 cups shredded cabbage mix (green preferred)
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1/6 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon chives, minced, fresh preferred
- 1 pinch salt, to taste
- 1/2 cup prepared crisp onion strings (purchased in can)
Directions
1. Heat up the Morningstar Farms® Sweet BBQ Riblets according to the package. Keep in a warm place.
2. While the riblets are heating up, toss together the cabbage, carrots, vinegar, honey, chives, and salt in a mixing bowl. Set aside.
3. Set the bun bottoms on plates and use a spoon to lift each riblet onto each bun. Spoon some of the extra sauce on top of the riblets.
4. Top each sandwich with about 1/4 cup of the cider slaw and about 1 tablespoon of the crispy onions. Repeat for each sandwich.
