Morningstar Farms® Vegan Dumplings
Bite into these delightful vegan dumplings, bursting with savory Grillers® Crumbles, crisp veggies, and a zing of ginger and garlic. Wrapped in tender dumpling skins and topped with a hint of chili crisp, they're a flavor-packed snack ready in just 36 minutes!
Ingredients
- 1 package MorningStar Farms® Grillers® Crumbles
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
- 3 cups finely chopped green cabbage
- 1 medium carrot, finely chopped
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced, plus more for garnish
- 2 tablespoons vegan soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger or 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 21 round dumpling wrappers
- 1 tablespoon vegan chili crisp
Directions
1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add MorningStar Farms® Grillers® Crumbles and cook for 2 minutes. Reduce heat to medium-low.
2. Add cabbage, carrots, green onion, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, and ginger. Cover and cook for 2-4 minutes until vegetables are tender and liquid evaporates. Cool to room temperature.
3. Spoon 1 tablespoon of the mixture onto each wrapper. Moisten edges with water, fold, and pinch to seal.
4. Place dumplings on a baking sheet, flattening the bottoms slightly.
5. Boil 1 inch of water in a large wok or pot. Line a steamer with parchment paper, place dumplings inside, and steam for 10 minutes. Garnish with green onions and serve with chili crisp.
