This classically flavored loaf combines MorningStar Farms® Meal Starters™ Grillers® Recipe Crumbles™ and lean ground beef.

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces Morningstar Farms® Meal Starters Grillers® Recipe Crumbles™
  • 8 ounces lean ground beef
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 3/4 cup fat-free milk
  • 2/3 cup finely crushed saltine cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions

1. In large mixing bowl, combine first 7 ingredients. Mix well. Shape into a loaf in ungreased loaf pan.

2. Combine remaining ingredients to make a sauce. Spread over top of loaf.

3. Bake at 350° F for 65 minutes or until done (160 degrees F); drain off any liquid. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
