Egg Roll in a Bowl

Ingredients
- 1 package MorningStar Farms® Grillers® Crumbles
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
- 1 (8 ounce) package tri-color coleslaw mix
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, for garnish
Directions
1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add MorningStar Farms® Grillers® Crumbles and oil. Add coleslaw mix, soy sauce and vinegar and cover with lid. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove lid and reduce heat to medium-low. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until crumbles are fully heated through and vegetables are crisp-tender.
2. Divide mixture between bowls. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
