Stuffed Peppers

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cut and clean peppers. Set aside. Sauté vegetables in olive oil about 10 minutes, until soft. Add garlic. Add crumbles. Add cheese, bread crumbs, basil, oregano and rice. Sauté 5 more minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Fill peppers with mixture. Top with tomato sauce. Place in baking dish; cover with foil. Bake 20 minutes. Remove foil and cook 5 more minutes.
