IN THE SKILLET:(recommended method)
1 Thaw individual burger by placing in microwave and heating on 50% power for 1 minute.
2 Place thawed burger in a non-stick skillet and cook over MEDIUM-LOW heat for 6-7 minutes, turning as needed to promote even browning.
IN THE MICROWAVE*:
1 Arrange frozen burger on a microwaveable plate.
2 Microwave on HIGH, turning over halfway through the cooking time.
3 Microwaving more than 2 burgers at one time is not recommended.

ON THE GRILL:
1 Preheat grill.
2 Use a food thermometer to be sure burgers reach a minimum internal temperature of 165° F.
IN THE OVEN:
1 Preheat oven to 350°F.
2 Place frozen burgers on a baking sheet and bake for 12-14 minutes turning once.
