Description
We've added a delicious Morningstar Farms® Grillers® Original veggie burger to this lightened version of the classic BLT sandwich.
INGREDIENTS
| 1 MorningStar Farms® Grillers® Original |
| 1 MorningStar Farms® Veggie Bacon Strips |
| 2 tablespoons low-fat plain yogurt |
| 1/8 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning salt |
| 1 large slice or 2 small slices whole grain bread, toasted (2 oz total) |
| 1 leaf lettuce |
| 1 slice tomato |
DIRECTIONS
1. Cook MORNINGSTAR FARMS GRILLERS ORIGINAL veggie burger and MORNINGSTAR FARMS VEGGIE BACON STRIP according to package directions.
2. In small bowl, stir together yogurt and seasoning salt. (If using one large slice of bread, cut in half.) Spread yogurt mixture on toast.
3. Serve veggie burger, veggie bacon strip, lettuce and tomato between pieces of toast.
