Introducing Breakfast – the most important meal of the day, guaranteed to rev up your morning and metabolism. Not only does breakfast help you stay focused and fueled through busy mornings, it also gives you a jump-start on getting your daily essential vitamins and minerals.
Wake up with flavors, variety, and nutrients that will keep your resolve strong and your body healthy.
Let Color Be Your Guide
A colorful breakfast with fruits and veggies such as cantaloupes, tomatoes, green peppers, and peaches provides vitamins, minerals, and fiber while being low in fat and sodium and containing no cholesterol.
Iron Up
Boost your iron level by enjoying green leafy vegetables for breakfast, including spinach, peas, and beans. You can add them to any omelet or even enjoy them as a side.
Put Time on Your Side
With a busy day erupting, don't be tempted to rush breakfast. Set your kitchen timer for 25 minutes, allowing you time to savor each bite and giving your body time to digest food into the bloodstream. The 25-minute strategy treats your body to the time it needs and deserves.
Mix It Up
A variety of fruits, vegetables, nuts, and grains gives your taste buds a treat while also giving your body the nutritional benefits of vitamins and antioxidants, so keep some trail mix on the counter and grab a handful on your way out the door!

I love your Black Bean Burgers. I microwave them and then cut them into strips and lay them on a whole wheat tortilla. I add a bit of shredded lettuce, shredded low fat cheddar cheese, salsa and a touch of light sour cream. Roll up and enjoy! Thanks Morningstar!

i cant believe i havent been eating only veggie products forever. morningstar has awesome foods. i just recently started eating meatless, but i honestly feel 100% better and the food taste better than meat. there is no grissle in the food and it doesnt make you lethargic. what turned me on to be a vegetarina mac danzig from the ufc. i realized you can go meatless and still be ridiculously in shape. well also my finance and peta turned me on as well. morningstar is the best food i have had in a long time.

One of our favorite lunches is bacon (Morning star), lettuce and tomato sandwiches on whole grain bread. We add some grapes or fruit and a glass of soy milk. Yummy!
