IN THE SKILLET:
• Place frozen burgers in non-stick skillet or spray skillet with non-stick cooking spray.
• Cook burgers over MEDIUM heat for 10-12 minutes, turning frequently for even browning.
IN THE MICROWAVE:
• Arrange frozen burgers on a microwave-safe plate.
• Microwave on HIGH as directed. see cooking times listed.
• Cooking more than 2 burgers at one time is not recommended.
