Description
To Italians, panini simply means sandwiches. To American chefs, panini is a trendy title for selling the same. Make these sandwiches in a panini grill, contact grill or waffle iron.
INGREDIENTS
1 package (9 oz.) MorningStar Farms® Veggie Italian Style Sausage
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 cups reduced-sodium vegetable broth
1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes
3/4 cup uncooked long grain rice
1 1/2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
8 oz. frozen, peeled and deveined shrimp, thawed
1/4 cup reduced-sodium vegetable broth
DIRECTIONS
1. Remove MORNINGSTAR FARMS VEGGIE SAUSAGE LINKS from package. Place on microwave-safe plate. Loosely cover and cook on MEDIUM-HIGH (70% power) about 1 minute or until partially thawed, rearranging links over after 30 seconds. Finely chop. Set aside.
2. In large nonstick skillet cook onion and bell pepper in hot oil over medium-low heat for 3 to 5 minutes or until tender. Stir in turmeric, salt, pepper and paprika. Cook and stir for 1 minute more. Increase heat to medium. Stir in sausage link pieces, spinach and tofu. Cook and stir for 1 to 2 minutes more or until heated through. 3. Spoon mixture down center of tortillas. Fold tortilla sides over filling. Place in preheated and oiled panini grill, contact grill or waffle maker. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until heated through and grill marks appear.

I'm a little confused. The directions mention tofu and torillas but there is no mention of these on the list of ingredients. What are the amounts/size? Are they include in the nutritional information?
