Keep Frozen Until Ready to Use. For Food Safety and Quality, Heat to a Minimum Internal Temperature of 165° F. Never leave cooking appliance unattended while in use. Children should be supervised.
IN THE SKILLET:
1 Lightly spray both sides of patties with cooking oil.
2 Place burger in a non-stick skillet. Cook over MEDIUM
heat for 3 minutes.
3 Flip burger and cook for 3 minutes.
4 Product will be hot. Carefully remove from skillet.
5 Cool briefly before serving.
IN THE MICROWAVE*:
1 Place frozen burger on a microwave safe plate. Cover
and cook on HIGH for 1 minute 45 seconds to 2 minutes
15 seconds.
2 Product will be hot. Carefully remove from microwave.
3 Cool briefly before serving.

1 Preheat grill.
2 Use a food thermometer to be sure patties reach a
minimum temperature of 165° F.
IN THE OVEN:
1 Preheat oven to 375° F.
2 Place frozen patties on a baking sheet and bake for 16 - 18 minutes.
