That was a very good article on protein needs. That is the first time I have seen anyone give the proper information. The "One Last Point" was especially right on. When you learn to listen to your body it will tell you what and how much to eat. It takes some time, but when that moment hits you it's like a new door opens and the distractions around you go away. You actually want what's best for you and you don't feel deprived anymore.
