I've been enjoying your products for years, and have developed my own recipes over the years - THANK YOU for your excellent products! My MAJOR concern is the SODIUM levels in your products. I am currently in Diastolic Heart Failure and can severe pulmonary edema. I cannot have ANY sodium. Now, more than any other time in the past, I need your products for their flavors, nutrition, and ease of preparation. But, your sodium levels are so high, that I'm unable to eat many of my regular choices. WHY HASN'T MORNINGSTAR FARMS ADDRESSED THIS SERIOUS ISSUE, and WILL YOU EVER PRODUCE AN IDENTICAL LINE OF VERY LOW SODIUM PRODUCTS FOR THOSE YOU ALREADY HAVE? This is an immediate problem as my diet has been almost 80% morning side farms products for years! (Grillers original, sausage patties, sausage links, griller prime, chicken patties, meal starters, etc.) Thank you for whatever help you may be able to provide. This is a critical time in my diet and life! SO HAPPY TO FIND YOUR INTERACTIVE WEB SITE. Margo Tannenbaum

I think this is an important issue. People really do believe that vegetarians miss out on a lot of nutrition by not including meat in their diets. This article shows that with a little planning and attention, we really don't miss out on much.

Very interesting article. I didn't realize the difference between veg and meat irons. I also didn't know there were so many sources of non-meat iron.

Thanks for the article - it helped clear up some questions I had regarding iron in non-meat items. As a vegetarian, I worry about not getting enough but know I know I just need to make some different combination choices to achieve the iron intake I need.

Love the product, I have been eating it for quite a few years now and still had a low iron issue needing infusion treatments, having to be extra diligent with taking iron supplements and eating iron rich foods. Love being a vegetarian for 25+ years, but the effects have hurt along the way! keep up the new products the veggie cakes are delicious over a mixed green salad with cilantro dressing!

This is a really important article to debunk the misconception that the only place on Earth to find consumable iron is red meat. I'm forwarding it on to fellow vegetarians :)

I love your products. I'm not vegetarian but for health reasons I've been placed on a fruits and veggies by my doctor. I need receipts! I'd also like coupons if you have them.

I love your veggie burgers! I have them usually three times a week with steamed veggies. During the week-working and on the go not as much time to cook. I want to try some of your new products.
