Chik'n Scaloppine with Lemon and Capers

Description
INGREDIENTS
| 2 tablespoon butter |
| 1 tablespoon olive oil |
| 4 Morningstar Farms® Chik Patties® Original |
| 1/2 cup dry white wine |
| 1/2 cup vegetable broth |
| 3 tablespoon lemon juice |
| 2 tablespoon capers, rinsed and drained |
| 2 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley |
| 4 servings of cooked angel hair pasta |
DIRECTIONS
In a large frying pan, melt butter with olive oil over medium heat. Add patties and cook according to package directions. Remove patties from pan, place on microwave-safe dish and microwave for 60-90 seconds, until heated through. Cover dish with foil to keep patties warm.
Pour wine into pan. Add vegetable broth and boil until reduced by half, about 2 minutes. Add lemon juice, capers and parsley.
To serve, place angel hair pasta on plates, place patties on top of pasta, and drizzle sauce over patties.
