Description
INGREDIENTS
| 2 tablespoon organic olive oil |
| 1 medium onion, minced |
| 2 organic celery ribs, minced |
| 6 cup water |
| 6 teaspoon VegeBase (found in natural food stores) |
| Sea salt, to taste |
| Fresh ground pepper, to taste |
| Dried parsley flakes, to taste |
| 1 (12-ounce) can whole-kernel corn, drained |
| 1 package Morningstar Farms® Meal Starters™ Chik'n Strips |
| 2 hard-boiled eggs, diced |
| 1 cup organic whole-wheat flour |
| 1/4 cup organic plain soy milk |
DIRECTIONS
Heat olive oil in large stock pot on medium heat.
Add onion and celery to pot.
Sauté until onion is clear.
Add water and VegeBase to pot. Bring to boil.
Add salt, pepper, and parsley.
Add corn and bring to boil.
Cut Chik'n Strips into bite-size pieces and add to pot.
Add hard-boiled eggs.
In a separate bowl, mix flour and soy milk until small doughy balls start to form.
Drop by tablespoon into hot soup to make dumplings.
Simmer for a few minutes.
Remove soup from heat.

Adding celery will make it more healthier
